Keystone Broker Open House Tour 5 - 24 -11

Today we toured 6 properties in Keystone, ranging in price from $157,500 to over $2.2 million.  A common theme across the board was that the properties were "priced to sell", and that the owners were anxious to make a deal.  An emphasis on some properties was that the current list price was thousands below either the price the current owner paid and/or well below the last sale price in the complex. 

This tells me that the Keystone market potentially has room to fall price wise, although inventories seem to be stable to dropping, when seasonally adjusted.
